Sorgente Valcimoliana has an internal quality analysis laboratory, where daily checks are carried out on both the spring water and the bottled product, in order to continuously verify and guarantee its purity and microbiological safety.
The laboratory oversees internal analytical activities, company self-monitoring management, and the maintenance of voluntary certification systems, operating according to rigorous procedures and constantly updated standards.
The fully automated bottling process utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and includes constant checks at every operational stage, ensured by continuous monitoring by operators.
External analysis
Microbiological analyses and research activities on Acqua Dolomia were conducted by the University of Pavia and the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, renowned institutions at a national and international level in the field of studying and controlling mineral waters.
Studies have shown that Acqua Dolomia is suitable for low-sodium diets, confirming its compliance with current regulations and verifying its diuretic properties and high biological tolerability.
In July 2008, Acqua Dolomia also obtained recognition from the Ministry of Health for its suitability in the preparation of infant foods (D.M. 25.07.2008).
