Notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current national legislation on personal data protection.
This privacy policy describes how Sorgente Valcimoliana S.r.l. collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users who browse and interact with the website www.acquadolomia.it, as well as the rights recognized to data subjects under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended by 2009/136/EC), and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

2. Types of data processed
a) Data provided voluntarily by the user. Through the contact forms on the website, the user can provide: first name, last name, company name, VAT number, address, postal code, city, province, country, email address, phone number, and any information contained in the text message.
b) Navigation data. The computer systems responsible for the website's operation acquire, during their normal functioning, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, pages visited).

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes, each based on a specific legal ground pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Respond to contact or information requests sent through the website forms — pre-contractual/contractual measures (letter b);
- Establishment and execution of contractual relationships performance of the contract (letter b);
- Administrative and accounting tasks, such as management of accounting, treasury, and invoicing — legal obligation;
- Statistical Analysis and Website Improvement Through Analytics Tools data subject's consent (lit. a);
- Ensure site security, prevent abuse, and improve services — legitimate interest of the data controller (let. f);
- Ascertain, exercise or defend a Holder's right in court — legitimate interest / legal obligation (art. 6(1)(f/c) GDPR).
The user can withdraw the consent given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
4. Treatment Modalities
The processing is carried out lawfully, correctly, and transparently, using electronic and, if necessary, manual tools, with technical and organizational measures appropriate to ensure the security, integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the data, and to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or accidental or unlawful destruction. The data processed is limited to what is necessary with respect to the stated purposes (minimization principle).
5. Data recipients
Personal data may be processed by authorized and trained internal staff, by external data processors performing services on behalf of the Data Controller (hosting and website maintenance providers, email delivery services, accounting, tax, and insurance consultants, shipping services, debt collection and payment management), as well as by public or private entities legally authorized to request the data. 6. Third-party services
The site integrates the following third-party services, which may involve data processing (e.g., IP address), each according to its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) - for statistical analysis of visits, subject to consent;
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) — for displaying embedded videos on the site;
- Google Fonts (Google) — for rendering the site's typography.
7. Data Transfer
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) that do not have an adequate level of protection. Any transfers outside the EEA (for example, through Google services) will only occur in the presence of adequate safeguards pursuant to Articles 44-50 of the GDPR (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules) or with the explicit consent of the data subject where required.
8. Storage period
The data is kept for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed (storage limitation principle, Article 5 GDPR), subject to legal obligations or orders from the authorities. The obsolescence of the data kept is periodically verified. At the end of the retention period, or upon user request, the data will be securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed.
9. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 onwards of the GDPR, the user has the right to obtain’access own data and receive a copy, the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, the Cancellation (right to be forgotten) in cases provided for by law, the limitation of the treatment, the portability of the data provided, as well as to oppose to treatment for direct marketing purposes or purposes based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the prior processing.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or update this policy, also as a consequence of regulatory changes. Changes will be published on this page, indicating the date of update.
